After breakfast, join us for a walking experience designed to rejuvenate your body and mind.
Starting from Villa Stella we’ll explore the outskirts of the village entering the surrounding woods. We’ll enjoy mindful breathing, light yoga stretches, and uplifting self-development themes. At times, we’ll walk in shared silence, embracing the present moment and the beauty around us plus a calm moment to check in with self to explore what is going on.
Along the way, you’ll have the chance to exchange thoughts and ideas with other interesting and like-minded people. We’ll finish with an optional coffee/bruschetta & glass of wine to share stories, deepen connections, and celebrate the journey together.
